The Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations Co-chair Stefan Romaniw says we need to make sure the Ukraine-Russia war is “front and centre” of government and the international community.
“This war is continuing, there are atrocities, there are people dying every day, that Ukraine needs that military assistance from the international community,” he told Sky News Australia.
“Stop talking about what we could give but let’s give.
“Organisations like the United Nations and others really need to start stepping up now.”
He said if we want the war to end, we have to be serious about keeping the issue front and centre.
