The Lions have locked up two of their building blocks for years to come.

In a flurry of deals reported on Wednesday, the Lions signed wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown to a four-year extension worth $120 million with $77 million guaranteed, and offensive tackle Penei Sewell to a new four-year deal worth $112 million with $85 million guaranteed.

The structure of the contracts should come out in the coming days to discern how much of the money is fully guaranteed versus guaranteed for injury.

St. Brown, a two-time Pro Bowler and was an All-Pro this past season, is entering his fourth season in the league.

Last season, he caught 119 passes for 1,515 yards and 10 touchdowns.

“I’m here, four more years,” St. Brown said in a video posted to his Instagram Story from Ford Field. “It’s up, it’s turnt. Detroit, what up though.”

St. Brown was selected in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft out of USC.

Sewell was part of the same draft class, going seventh overall after starring at Oregon.

He started all 17 games last season, and like St. Brown is a two-time Pro Bowler and was named an All-Pro this past season.

Meanwhile, quarterback Jared Goff’s long-term future with the franchise is up in the air.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter wrote on X on Wednesday that there is no new contract “imminent” for Goff.

“The Lions and Goff have spoken about a new deal this off-season, but no deal is close at this time,” Schefter wrote.

The Lions went 12-5 last season and won the NFC North behind Goff’s 4,575 passing yards with 30 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

Still, the QB was aware of the uncertainty around him heading into the offseason.

“In regards to my future, it’s not up to me,” he said after the Lions season ended in January. “I love this place and we’ll see what happens as time goes on here. But yeah, I love this place and love Dan (Campbell), love all the coaches, love all my teammates. It’s kind of out of my hands in some ways. It’s up to my representatives and obviously the people upstairs.”

They defeated the Rams and Buccaneers in the first and second rounds of the NFL playoffs before falling 34-31 to the 49ers in the NFC championship game.

The Lions are +1200 to win Super Bowl 2025, according to the latest futures odds on DraftKings, trailing only the Ravens, 49ers and defending champion Chiefs in the odds.
