Another day, another mysterious noise on “The View.”
During a conversation about a woman asking for advice after one of her sisters admitted to her family that she was sleeping with another sister’s husband, a magical chiming, ringtone-esque sound played off-camera behind Whoopi Goldberg.
“This is what I don’t understand. If you’re going to cheat, if you’re going to be the ho sister…” fellow panelist Sunny Hostin started.
“Wait, I hear Peter Pan!” Goldberg cheerfully interrupted, turning around in her chair to check for the source of the noise.
A source familiar with the situation tells The Post that the sound was an audience member’s phone that made a ring doorbell notification sound.
The Post has contacted a rep for “The View” for comment.
After the excitement settled down, Hostin continued, “If you’re going to be the ho sister in the situation, you don’t tell your parents you’re the ho sister. You just carry that nasty, horrible curse with you.”
“Why you so mean to hoes?” Goldberg asked to the audience’s amusement.
“I don’t like hoes,” Hostin explained. “I’ll be honest.”
Ana Navarro chimed in, “Let me just say two things. Number one: there’s two hoes here: the sister and the husband,” she claimed to the audience’s applause, adding that she would “go far away on a plane” for that family’s Thanksgiving.
Monday’s interruption comes just five days after another mysterious sound boomed off-camera at the top of the show.
“So, yesterday, a federal court ruled that the Biden administration cannot use a 1986 emergency care law that would require Texas hospitals to provide abortions for women whose lives are at risk due to pregnancy,” Goldberg introduced the first segment.
“So they’re OK with forced childbirth — even if it kills someone, because they’re so pro-life. What about all of that,” she explained before a large boom sounded off behind the scenes.
“Speaking of pro-life,” Alyssa Farah Griffin joked. “We just lost someone.”
“Sorry, that was dark,” she apologized, shifting her gaze to the audience where the sound seemingly came from.
“The View” airs weekdays at 11 a.m. Eastern on ABC.
