An outspoken waitress at Long Island’s Massapequa Diner kicked out an creepy customer after the waitress claimed he tried giving his cell phone number to “underaged girls,” made “loud” anti-LGBTQ slurs and repeatedly called his server “a b – – ch,” according to a now viral TikToker who documented the confrontation.
The unidentified man was accused of “staring at and trying to solicit his phone number” to a group of young girls before going on a homophobic and sexist tirade in the Massapequa Diner on Saturday around 11 p.m., Louis Cozzolino, who shot cell phone footage from one table over, told The Post.
After being moved far away from the girls, the alleged perv — who was (not shockingly) seated alone — was told to leave by the waitress identified by Cozzolino as Sondra Albert, because other staff “didn’t want to wait on him, either,” according to the frequent diner patron.
“He was being repeatedly rude, calling her a b – – ch,” said Cozzolino, 21. “Sonda is the nicest person ever and for her to get like that, I knew the guy was a p – – ck.”
“Honestly, nobody wants to wait on you, we’re asking very nicely so please just leave,” Albert warns the man in one of two videos which have now racked up more than 5.5 million and 600,000 views, respectively, on TikTok as of Tuesday.
“You’re not going to call me a b – – ch, you’re not going to sit near my boss’ wife, you’re not going to call people a lesbian — you sure as hell ain’t going to look at underage girls,” the waitress scolded the man, prompting a round of applause from Cozzolino’s table.
“I don’t want to look at underage girls,” the anonymous man replied.
“You’re a pedophile and freak and you deserve to be locked up in Bellevue. And that’s all I gotta say and I’m asking you nicely.”
In a second video after the man apparently refused to leave, Albert — who confirmed to The Post that it’s her in the video — stopped asking nicely.
“I’ll kick your ass … you don’t frighten me for one minute. The way you speak about people who are lesbians and young children,” the waitress said before being interrupted by the man’s own inaudible defense.
“Oh you’re so frigging full of s – – t! Tell it to somebody who cares, you’re not wanted here,” Albert yelled, pointing to Cozzolino’s table as witnesses who would “back (her) up” on the account.
The man then argued that Albert had a bias against him and said she refused to serve him “for no reason” two weeks ago.
“I didn’t want to serve you for no reason? Did you take a good look in the mirror?” she responded.
It was only after the police were called and the diner owner went to the table that the man volunteered to leave before Nassau PD could arrive, according to Cozzolino.
The Massapequa Diner declined The Post’s request to speak on the record about the viral incident.
Loyal patrons, however, were quick to say that it is extremely uncommon and suggested that the man’s actions must have been problematic for him to be removed so aggressively.
“I often go to the Massapequa Diner and I’ve never seen anybody get shouted at or thrown out,” said Matthew Lettieri, 27, of Lindenhurst. “I was just there the Saturday after Thanksgiving for a late-night meal and they couldn’t have been more friendly, even to all the inebriated customers who came in after a long night out.”
Meanwhile, 24-year-old “lifelong” patron Josh — who asked that his last name be withheld for privacy reasons — told The Post: “I’ve never seen someone get kicked out of there, let alone shouted at by staff.”
